2. Purpose, authentication and storage of data processing sent by the following media:


* Donation forms

Purpose: Managing your donation to the Foundation and keeping you informed of our activities, including by electronic media, if you check the acceptance box.

Authentication: The user’s consent when providing his or her information on our donation form and checking the box allowing us to send information.

Storage: Until the user expresses his/her wish to “unsubscribe” from the    mailing list, or for as long as the law provides.


* E-mailings

Purpose: Answering your requests for information, attending to your requests and responding to your questions.

Authentication: The user’s consent when asking us for information through our e-mail address.

Storage: Until such time as the user’s question has been answered by e-mail, if no further relationship has been initiated


Providing us with personal information and the consequences of not doing so

You must be 16 years old to provide personal information, or as the case may be, you must have sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract.

The personal data requested is necessary to manage your requests and/or provide the services you may contract. Therefore, if you do not provide the information, we will be unable to attend to you properly or to give you the service you have requested.
